I am interested in how knowledge is produced, evaluated, and translated into judgment and action under uncertainty—particularly where technology, institutions, and strategy meet.
I am interested in forms of intelligence that are not merely theoretical, but adaptive, navigational, and responsive to the demands of practice. An Odyssean orientation runs through this work: moving between disciplines, technologies, institutions, and practical problems in pursuit of better judgment.
Research directions
